University College Connect

Connecting through Community

The University College Connect team includes members from various units across the college. Together, they brainstorm ideas for projects, events, and collateral that spread joy and foster a sense of community among staff and faculty. I partnered with the team, bringing these ideas to life—creating a staff and faculty yearbook, as well as a University College welcome sticker.

Staff and Faculty Yearbook      

The University College staff yearbook was originally a simple slide deck with everyone’s information. By transforming it into a tangible yearbook, the goal was to foster a stronger sense of belonging and community. Each unit received a physical copy, and a digital flipbook version was created for all staff and faculty to access.

I researched flipbook platform options as well as printers for the physical copies, and presented the information to the team to help them make an informed decision. The physical yearbooks were handed out at the Spring Tea with the Dean event and were very well received.

Welcome Sticker     

The University College Connect team came up with the idea to include a welcome sticker in the staff and faculty welcome boxes, alongside the existing collateral and swag. They wanted it to be fun, represent all of the Arizona State University campuses, and incorporate University College symbols.

Another creative and I sketched buildings and landmarks from each campus, and I then composed the final design of the sticker.
